Average price of a bond, in % of face value

The current yield indicates the ratio of the accrued coupon to the current market price of the bond. It can be used in cases where attachments are considered for a short period of time. In this situation, the change in the market price can sometimes be neglected.

Bond duration is a way of measuring how much bond prices are likely to change if and when interest rates move.

Effective yield to maturity. It considers both coupon income and profit/loss due to the difference between the purchase price and the repayment price. Effective yield shows the investor the return on invested funds with reinvested coupons and depreciation.

Listing level — stock exchange assessment of securities reliability.

The ratio of the annual coupon to the "dirty" price of the bond, including the accrued interest. This type of yield can be used in the case of short-term investments, when the investment horizon is within one coupon period.

Up to 2 years - short-term, up to 5 years - mid-term, more than 5 years - long-term

The Sub-Fund is an index-tracking UCITS passively managed. The Reference Currency of the Sub-Fund is the US Dollar (USD). The investment objective of sub-fund is to reflect the performance of the Bloomberg Barclays US Treasury 10+ Year Index (hereinafter the "Benchmark Index") denominated in USD and representative of United States "Treasury bonds" with remaining maturities exceeding 10 years - while minimising the volatility of the difference between the return of the Sub-Fund and the return of the Benchmark Index (the "Tracking Error"). For monthly hedged share classes mentioned in APPENDIX C - SUMMARY OF SHARES AND FEES, the Sub-Fund will also use a monthly currency-hedge strategy, in order to minimize the impact of the evolution of each respective share class currency against currencies of each Index component. The anticipated level of the tracking error under normal market conditions is expected to be up to 0.30%.
