The Cloud Computing segment offers cloud computing solutions and services. The company is also involved in electronic settlement business center; distribution of IT products; marketing research and IT services; and supply chain management and warehouse transport services. It serves individuals, small and medium enterprises, large corporations, and government entities through retailers, system integrators, and corporate dealers. The company was formerly known as VST Holdings Limited and changed its name to VSTECS Holdings Limited in June 2017. VSTECS Holdings Limited was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
