The WFOM Business segment offers WFOM services, such as technical support, equipment inspection, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance management services for the wind power facilities. The company provides automated meter reading systems, building energy management systems, streetlight control systems, and photovoltaic power management systems. It also offers vehicle rental services, as well as involved in research and development, trading, and sales and marketing activities. Risecomm Group Holdings Limited was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China.
