This segment also offers inspection, diagnosis, and maintenance services for social infrastructure; survey, design, and measurement services for the development of resilient infrastructure; develops, sells, constructs, installs, and renews non-destructive testing products used for inspections and diagnoses; and constructs, installs, and renews environmental monitoring systems. The Environment and Energy segment provides consulting on surveys and countermeasures focusing on soil and groundwater contamination, asbestos, waste, etc.; surveys and consulting for global warming countermeasures and biodiversity conservation; geological survey consulting related to the construction, installation, and renewal of environmental monitoring systems; methane hydrate development research; support for the commercialization of renewable energy; Undersea3D resource exploration services; and develops and sells resource exploration equipment and systems. The International segment develops, manufactures, and sells non-destructive testing equipment and seismic observation systems, geophysical exploration equipment; and offers survey, design, and construction management services.
