American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP is a limited partnership formed under the Limited Partnerships Act (Ontario) to invest in hotel real estate properties. The firm invests in the United States (U.S.) and engaged in ownership of a portfolio of premium branded, select-service hotels in secondary markets with diverse and typically stable demand generators. AHIP was established pursuant to the terms of AHIP's Limited Partnership Agreement, which was most recently amended and restated on June 17, 2021, and amended on May 8, 2024 and June 26, 2025 (the Limited Partnership Agreement). AHIP's general partner is American Hotel Income Properties REIT (GP) Inc. (the General Partner). The principal business of AHIP is to issue limited partnership units (Units) and to acquire and hold shares of American Hotel Income Properties REIT Inc. (the U.S. Subsidiary Inc.). The U.S. Subsidiary Inc. was established for the purposes of acquiring and owning hotel real estate properties in the U.S. AHIP's head office and address for service is Suite 810 " 925 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, B.C., Canada V6C 3L2. American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP was established in 12th October, 2010 and incorporated in Canada.
