In addition, the company has an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the San Florencio tin-zinc-silver-lead polymetallic mineral project, which covers an area of approximately 2 square kilometers located in the Potosi department of Bolivia. The company was formerly known as Tincorp Metals Inc. and changed its name to Auro Metals Inc. in June 2026. Auro Metals Inc. was incorporated in 2019 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
