It is involved in the distribution of electrical energy; production and distribution of thermal energy; and distribution and treatment of water, waterworks and sewerage, wastewater treatment, and operation of demineralization stations, wastewater treatment plants, and laboratories. The company also engages in the production, treatment, storage, and distribution of compressed air, hydrogen and natural gas, liquid and gaseous oxygen, and liquid and gaseous nitrogen, as well as operation of distribution warehouses and regulating stations; rental of production halls, non-residential premises, and industrial area, as well as construction of apartments and townhouses; provision of voice and data services, as well as installation, maintenance, and service of telecommunications networks and equipment; and purchase and sale of financial investments, bonds, bills of exchange, and other financial products. In addition, it is involved in metalworking, locksmith, plumbing, construction, painting, excavation, and car repair works, as well as road transport of goods and passengers; and rental and maintenance services of air conditioning units. The company was incorporated in 1991 and is based in Ro"nov pod Radho"tem, the Czech Republic.
