In addition, it imports and distributes aftermarket car parts; and provides consulting services and administrative support. It operates in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Ukraine, and Portugal. The company was formerly known as Hertz Hellas and changed its name to Autohellas S.A. in 1974. Autohellas S.A. was incorporated in 1962 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
