It also provides crew leasing services; supplying ships; ship brokerage and towing; cargo handling at seaports; customs declarations; and trades in petroleum, liquefied gases, petrochemical products, and equipment using liquefied gases. The company was formerly known as Waterway Petroleum Transport Company I and changed its name to Vietnam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company in September 2005. Vietnam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Hai Phong, Vietnam.
